Stuck in limbo.
Added 2020-01-10 11:53:05 +0000 UTCI really hate these text only posts, but I'm not sure what else to do right now.
Long story short, my workstation of 8 years just passed away. My new workstation is still awaiting a few extra parts after some RMA insanity through Amazon (a few things didn't work out, so I had to ship a bunch of parts back), which means I am officially without a functioning desktop computer for the first time in well over two decades.
Unfortunately this means I can't really guarantee anything for the next 1-2 weeks. I'm hoping I'll still be able to get some stuff done by the end of January, but it seems like my hand has been forced in terms of migration and it's going to take a while to port all my plugins over to Visual Studio and Windows.
I honestly thought this machine would be good for another image pack at the minimum, but I guess that's no longer the case. Thankfully I do have backups of everything so I haven't actually lost anything, though this is still going to prove to be a bit of a pain in the ass since I wasn't planning on fully moving back to PC for another month or two.
Anyways, I apologize for any delays this may cause. I will be working to get everything back online ASAP, since growing this account is quite literally my #1 priority for 2020.

I certainly wouldn't blame anyone if they wanted to pause or cancel their pledge over this. Maybe I'm just in the minority, but I always feel horrible whenever I don't have something to post, mostly because I believe content creators should at least make some attempt to provide a product or service in exchange for the money they're accepting. In any case, I don't expect this will take too long to fix. To be honest, the timing couldn't be better given that I've already got a partial system on standby. I'm still committed to the idea of building this account into a definitive source for expansion and inflation related content, since that's basically all I'm focusing on this year (plus any freelance jobs I can find on the side). I still think there's a fairly significant niche to be filled and I want to do my best to turn that into a full time career if at all possible.
2020-01-11 06:05:15 +0000 UTCEvery post is information, it doesn't all have to be final content. I like hearing from you. I should note that I have adjusted a lot of my Patreon support this month because other creators simply stopped offering any updates. If they'd said "I'm going to be delayed" I might have stuck around.
