I have everything else I need to put my new computer together, except for a few rather important cables. I have no clue what's going on with those because the tracking numbers keep saying that they attempted delivery at such-and-such a time, except my desk is literally positioned right near the front door and I can see into the driveway from my window.
Between mindlessly surfing the internet and slowly losing my mind, there hasn't bee much else to do but stare out that exact same window waiting for the delivery truck to show up. I'm pretty sure I can say with 100% certainty that there haven't been any delivery attempts, unless our postman is some sort of SCP-like entity that only manifests for a brief moment when absolutely nobody is watching (though in that case, I'd at least expect them to have the decency to leave my box behind).
So yeah.
Gonna be another long and pointless weekend.
