I broke my neck when I was young (65 now) and every time I get into a good exercise routine, I start overdoing it and end up hurting myself. I think I need to do mild exercise so I can stick with it long term. The older I get the harder it is to start over after injury. Good luck with your new program. Im looking forward to seeing whats going on with your birds. Happy 2025 dear lady!

So watching your process will be interesting and I'm sure helpful. I'm interested to hear why there being medicated too. I'm so happy to be back... 😎🥰
