@atani oh damn, fluids WERE working but I accidentally loaded in a clothing preset without the invisible 'c' and it deleted those references. DAMN. I'll patch it, thanks. the way meshed save scenes drives me crazy sometimes. Instead of erroring in runtime, it just deletes the reference in the trigger if you change her clothes, forget, and save the scene. It's easy to fix yourself - just go to animation pattern, go to each step, and change the triggers to change the opacity on her 'c' items. I will fix that next release, with the bj scene. coming up quite soon. If I had a partner to develop our own unlicensed 'c' clothing it would be SO much easier. But dealing with items like that always sucks.

Perhaps a post saying what is expected to work, not work, WIP stuff to ignore, could be useful. At the moment I don't know if the problems I have are expected or if there's something I could report back to help improve.

I went to check the fluids on the HJ of Interview, that's the one you mention, right? Taking the latest Interview archive, in a fresh VAM I added Amine's SPO var and what was on the AddonsP of the zip file, but "C. in 20 sec" produced no fluids. Sounds and lip sync works, dialog buttons of scene 1 too, not transitions between scenes, and a whole suite of errors in the log. Most of them are about mp3 locations, same as with FA.

hey atani - the main reason is, developing scenes for VAM is a huge pain in the ass because of all the licensed, copyrighted, and paid-content material. By building the file manually I have more control over not including any of that. I'll consider a var next time but historically I've had issues. For example, i have to go and manually add all the audio files to a .var but with the folder structure I can just copy paste into the zip. Another example is : think about Amine Kunai's fluids pack. I want to script around it, but I can't include it because it's paid content. So shipping with broken references and telling people to go download his stuff is the only way to do that I think. If you build via var, I think it just deletes those references in the script.

Thanks for the update. Out of curiosity, why not distribute it as a VAR? This would help to know what version one has and avoid messing up with the custom folder.
