Added 2024-10-30 22:11:48 +0000 UTCI know I've been heads down for a while - but wanted to talk about what's coming next - mostly, taking head-on the weaknesses I see in the project.
While the project is strong on audio, quantity, personality scripting, and variety of poses and environments, for the longest time, the biggest issues with this project were:
Complex Installation
Animation Quality and glitchy unfinished animations
Massive UI
Dependency Tracking
Having solved 1 and 4 recently with the var installation, it's time to focus on 2 and 3. Time to move on from quantity to quality.
The next update for FA/PT is going to have over 7 new minutes of global animation across dozens of animations - with an emphasis on things like manual eye tracking. I had been lazy and using Glance plugin, but it's SO much hotter when she emphasizes looking at certain things during certain activities, you'll see. It will obviously work for all girls. I'm also planning to roll out smooth transitions between these that hide the pose loading.
In addition, I've added more natural state transitions from similar positions so you dont have to show the big bloated ui, then hide it again so often.
