Actually arranged marriages are still used in the modern times even in the UK and Europe. Its just not talked about because its no one else's business.

2025-11-23 07:54:30 +0000 UTCI don't think every Slytherin is bad and there is likely something like a 60-40 split on good vs bad or maybe something like that but that 40% could be others like Malfoy and they could be using the fact that their fathers or family could hurt their families to intimidate the 60%. This means that they won't call out the bad for calling Muggleborns Mudbloods or attacking them in the hallways with 'pranks'. We know that their are bad people in other houses in Marieta Edgecombe in how Luna was treated.

Happy that the initial conflict with Harry's friends isn't played out too egregiously. Harry obviously has a lot going down in each of the years because duh, thats how the story goes but I'd be happy to see the relationship be reciprocal in taking care of one another and not just Daphne is here to solve the day or fix it all like these sometimes can get to be. Definitely trust you to make this fun and interesting so looking forward to more!

Also, I really appreciate what feels like slightly accelerated pacing considering it’s only the first year, and you already covered Daphne and the Troll in this chapter. Sadly, since there is so much content in all of HP’s years most stories that start this early have such slow pacing they’re abandoned by the time the author starts making any progress.

2025-11-17 08:29:16 +0000 UTCI have bookmarked three different stories with the same title. One is a Harry/Tonks story, other is a HP/Witcher crossover that's still ongoing and now this one. As the author it's your prerogative to choose what to name your stories, but as a reader I got to say, it gets confusing and I keep mixing the plots.
