November Update: Videos, Podcasts, and Thanksqueerving

Hail and well met, friends, and I hope you're having a lovely weekend wherein you take at least a few moments to appreciate how good you look in scarves.

We're rounding out the year with American foodmonth, AKA Thanksgiving, and I have a QUESTION for you about how you'd like to celebrate. Should we do a Sewers of Paris livestream on Thanksgiving, November 22? Seems like it might be a nice time for us all to have a couple hours to connect with a queer chosen family. Or maybe you already have plans for that day and would miss it! Let me know if that's something you would tune in for.

• November 20 - Bonus episode of Sewers of Paris: I'll have another fascinating story from Beyond the Sewers of Paris, just in time for Thanksgiving listening. This time it'll be the wonderful Kate Kendell, a community leader who's transformed queer life around the world. If I'm thankful for anything, it's trailblazers like Kate, and I can't wait to bring you her episode. Yay!
• Thanksgiving Stream: Is this cool? Would you like this? Should we livestream on Thursday Nov 22? Or just save it for the weekend, Saturday the 24th?
• November 27 - Culture Cruise video: Set sail on another deep dive into on-screen LGBT culture! I've been getting a lot of requests to tackle more 90s shows, and so we'll be taking another look at queer themes and powerful women on TV. And in case you missed it, check out October's video about The Rocky Horror Picture Show! As always, Patreon backers at the $4 level and above get early ad-free access.
• Every Thursday - Sewers of Paris: Each week on The Sewers of Paris, a guest plucks a piece of entertainment from their past -- books, movies, music, shows, and more -- and answers the question: how did it change your life?

• November 12: Podcasts of Ravnica! The Queens of Adventure will be featured on Wizards of the Coast's official Dungeon Delve podcast, playing a one-off adventure in the brand new setting of Ravnica! We're so excited to bring this to you -- it's a fun goofy story of a band of misfits fighting back against the closure of the last performance space in a fabulous fantasy city.
• November 21: Grizzly Thanksgiving Party! I'll be photographing the annual bear pre-Thanksgiving party on November 21 at Timbre Room in Seattle. Keep an eye out for me if you're in town!
