Starting from My Friend's Family (0.5), the Romance route will split between Romance and Pervert routes. NTR route will split more sharply between Humiliation and Cuck routes. Judging from Nana's expression, which route do you think this scene is inside?
Anyway, My Friend's Family (0.5) will be released around 12th - 13th, November.
