2024-11-24 03:48:08 +0000 UTCit's sorta like this. nakamura thinks that the burden of being the pioneer and coming up with new ideas that always blow the mind of anyone who tries it is what broke joichiro. so he thinks that he needs to kill the need for independent thinking and coming up with new ideas as a chef. central will do the research and come up with dishes. chefs just need to replicate it and be top tier level easily. that's his vision. there is some sense to it tbh but overall that kills the passion, curiosity and love for the art that is cooking so it won't work out fundamentally thats the problem and what soma and joichiro are fighting for.
