So, about Nina; it was implied that she got lost in an Area 11 ghetto and was SA’d; that’s where her fear and hatred of 11s come from. Also, super minor but none of the main characters except Nunnaly are kids; the youngest of them is 18 now and the others are 19-20+

Meaning, they knew about C.C, and were tracking that 'witch' C.C, but they DIDN'T know "Lelouch Lamperouge" was "Lelouche Vi Britannia". They only found out when he "Lelouch Vi Britannia commands you, all of you die!", then the OSI agent said 'Oh shit that's a prince!' before shooting himself. They just thought Lelouch Lamperouge was a random Britannian ally of the Black Knights, like Deithard.
