Regarding your comment, it honestly depends on how you want to view your channel moving forward. No matter what, for sure do highlight reels as I dont believe your channel’s intention is focused around gym stuff like Jeff Nippard or Sam Sulek tbh. For long term growth, I personally like faster paced 5-10 min videos and more of a free flowing day in the life but thats just my 2 cents! Longer vids are definitely more genuine though!
