Im 22 yrs old and grew up watching mobile suit gundam on toonami and as I got older in my college years I decided to watch on the mainline gundam TV shows and movies including the old ones. And this series definitely based in our world except with the virtual reality gunpla where people can used there scale models to compete based on their favorites from the anime. So many lore memes iconic characters and moments from over the years man. I even collect and build Gunpla models lol. The fact they are doing a reaction request of this got me acting like a freaking Fangirl I just wanna scream out loud
