Y'all should vote on the last post to break the tie between gay Justified stuff and Bowling Alone!

I got a freelance gig for a YouTube channel that I'm really enjoying (they have been so awesome to work with!!) but it's taking up all my time. It's great working with kind people though and making rent money lol

I was thinking about going back to Philly in March to interview The Teeth (for this video essay or just generally, they're really interesting!) but I really don't know if I'll have the time/energy and I'm not sure if I have any friends available to help me with the interview. I may take more freelance later this month then take March "off" to focus on the essay and relaxing.

It's really difficult to balance. January I got very little work and while I enjoyed the break and opportunity, it stressed me out pretty bad emotionally (I was sending so many job apps!) and financially. I have a low cost of living so the work I do this month should keep me going for awhile and provide some nice savings (or minor medical care I still need haha, I have insurance again!) but it's hard to not take every good job offered me. I'm figuring out that balance. I don't think there's any easy answer there.
