2025-03-24 06:12:30 +0000 UTCI can sorta relate to Erika on this; socialising for me is very difficult given my mental condition (I have schizophrenia) and oftentimes I was targeted by bullies which only served to further isolate me from social interaction. Add to that, my dad who was very old school military pressured me to socialise and interact with others more. Video games became a refuge for me from an often very cruel world. But some of it has changed now, I live on my own, I've attended counselling and therapy sessions, have a steady job and although I am still not very social, I have one or two people I call friend.
