If we take the second artbook to be fact and not a joke the first roommate was Jago himself. I think Erika started dating this guy after Artur moved in, if you look at #8 of the original strips, Erika is wearing a familiar bra and talking to a guy online over a game who suspiciously looks like the dickhead boyfriend.
