I want to call this one another WIP. This and the last chapter were originally one but was divided and then added onto and I feel it shows.

I wasn't planning to write this series this long, yet here we are. I'm up to chapter seventeen before finally working towards an ending.

When I go back over the full series I hope to edit it more and break up the chapters. This one and the next one were originally the same chapter that I split up and I feel like it shows. It'll be something to come back to and smooth out as I upload the rest of the series.

I have caught the flu. I tested for COVID and it's negative but it damn well feels like it. I have been extremely sick this past two weeks and have had foggy brain throughout it all. I hope to recover quickly and get back to it.

This is the final chapter. With that said, it is almost 20k words long! Longest single chapter I've done in a very, very long time.

There is a LOT to unpack here. There will be no more within this series (maybe this universe eventually) and no epilogue chapter. I think everything that needed to be said and done has been now.
