Some if not most of the questions you asked will be answered later in the season, I don't really want to spoil anything. It's great to see that you picked up on a lot of stuff that some people missed even after finishing the season. I don't think there's anything more that I need to add, great reaction overall, thank you!

2025-02-24 22:39:01 +0000 UTCHey, I watched the video for episode 1, thought about writing a summary but didn't cause I thought someone else would do it (It would've been better, since English isn't my first language). An entire summary would be way too long to write but here's the general idea: - Eleven was experimented on in Hawkins Lab by Dr Brenner - During one of those experiments, she creates psychic contact with the Demogorgon, creating the portal to the upside down in the lab - The lab now focuses on research on the Upside Down - Demogorgon appears in the real world, murders some lab members - Will gets teleported in the upside down, tries to flee from the Demogorgon, goes missing in the real world - Barb (Nancy's friend) goes missing, same as Will (but she dies in the UD). - Eleven escapes from the lab, meets the kids - Kids figure out (thanks to El) that Will's in a different dimension, and is in danger since the Demogorgon is after him. - Joyce figures out that Will is alive as well, by communicating with him through the lights - Nancy/Jonathan figure out that something (the Demogorgon) killed Barb, and is likely the same thing that took Will - Hopper/Joyce investigate to look for Will(+Barb), but they end up following the leads to the lab and the existence of El (they talk to her mom) - Lab people are after Eleven: they figure out that the kids are linked to her. - Brenner/Joyce link up with Jonathan/Nancy, and the kids+El, to protect them from the lab people, and try to find Will - Brenner/Joyce make a deal with the lab people to find Will in the UD, the kids get attacked by the lab members, then by the Demogorgon - El sacrifices (she surivives, seen in S2) herself to kill the lab members and the Demogorgon - Brenner/Joyce find Will in the UD, reanimate him - Everyone is happy that Will is back but Mike is sad cuz he lost El. The flashbacks of S4 happen about 3 years before S1. I haven't watched the full reaction yet, but I'll write another comment when I do (to clarifiy some of the points)
