IG reels- propaganda or something happening?
Added 2024-12-23 02:01:15 +0000 UTCIdk if I’m just on that side of the internet , but it seems like all my ig reels have switched from memes and fashion to foreboding nuclear war. This happened within a span of a few hours TODAY. The last time I logged in, it was memes. Now my reels are doomsday prep, orbs talk, government conspiracies, EVP attack, apocalypse/etc. Some reels insinuated people shouldn’t fly during this holiday season. Another reel said stock up on enough supplies to survive for 3-6 months. This reel said Russia is mass producing bomb shelters, and the top comment was a girl from Norway saying that Norwegians received a pamphlet in the mail with directions to stock up on supplies. Beneath that comment someone in Sweden claimed that the Swedes received a similiar pamphlet. I have so many questions. Is this just classic clickbait, political propaganda, or is a psyop happening? Has anyone else’s social media taken a hard turn into fearmongering today? Has anyone in Sweden/Norway gotten one of these pamphlets?

The only thing I have stockpiled are leggings with fun patterns that I can't seem to stop buying from secondhand clothes websites... I'm clearly doomed (but perhaps will look FABULOUS while scrounging for cockroaches in the post-apocalyptic desolation???)

Wtf is that If I see one post that gives me anxiety I will stop buying stuff from targeted ads and I hope the algorithm lords heard that ☝️
