Modding Diary - Making Progress

Hi guys! I hope you all are well!

This week I fixed the Lamaze instructor filter so that sims are no longer showing up in weird outfits, and its no longer spawning dogs instructors ( he was adorable I know).

I also finished the first half of the Lamaze Instructor's animation, which is mostly the instructor giving the lecture. This animation is about 60 seconds long and I put a lot of work into it. I am really happy with how it turned out.😙

Here is what it looks like, I dont have the interaction set up yet since Im still working on it, Im just playing the animation with a home-made pose player so that I can show it to you:

For the most part the instructor will do a lot of talking to teach your sim about childbirth and pregnancy.

They will also point to the flip chart occasionally

and they sometimes will pull out a poster for a more elaborate visual demonstration. The graphics on the poster will change from time to time so its not always the same thing

and that's all I have for now.

Im still working on making the Yoga instructor interaction BGC since that's what Im using as the base for the Lamaze instructor on, and it's truly a struggle. There's just sooo many files to sort through 😵‍💫

to give you an idea this is how many files I currently have and that's not even all of them yet 😵‍💫 normally when I make an interaction there's only maybe half as many files. The yoga mat interaction is just crazy for some reason. But I know it will make the experience extra immersive if I can get it to work, so Im not giving up yet.
