THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS, NOT A DOWNLOAD PAGE
Hi guys! I hope you all are well! π
This week I worked on giving sims PPROM and making them have premature labor.
Sims might now get a notification saying they have PPROM when going for their ultrasound scan. PPROM can be detected as early as the first trimester.
and your sim will be distressed after hearing the news
However you can ask the doctor for a Corticosteroids shot, which has a 50% chance of preventing premature labor
your sim will either still be sad or be hopeful after getting the shot, there is no way to know for sure whether they are completely out of the woods
If you get the shot and get an ultrasound again the doctor will say there has been some positive signs, however your sim might still give birth prematurely.

If your sim does go into premature labor, they will get this moodlet during the second or third trimester
and followed by this notification to go to the hospital

After getting to the hospital you can ask a doctor to check out your sim's condition

For PPROM a C-section is always recommended based on my research
you can get an epidural as usual
and give birth through C-section once you get a working epidural
TO-DO: the baby will be born in a incubator and your sim will be able to stay at the hospital for a minimum of 2 days to recover
For this update I want to make one or two more pregnancy complications that can lead to premature labor. If you have any suggestions feel free to leave a comment below! π
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
