super constipated

I haven't gone to the bathroom for about 5 days or more, and I can tell you that it's big, like I'm holding a baby inside. The swelling is so pronounced that it feels like I've been pregnant for months.
When I touch my belly, I can feel strange lumps, like little balls rolling under the surface of the skin. It is a strange and somewhat disturbing sensation. I recorded a video to document this phenomenon, showing the magnitude of the swelling and how my partner is trying to relieve the discomfort with massages, but I am stuffy, too stuffy.
