Foreign Studies Room Progress
Added 2023-08-26 15:07:12 +0000 UTCAll of the models necessary to furnish the Foreign Studies Room have been created and provided to me! Here's a preview of how it currently looks. Please keep in mind that, before I declare the room to be officially "finished," I plan to re-arrange the furniture a bit so that it's not quite so cramped and claustrophobic in there.
Some of the objects in this room will be interactive! Can you guess which ones?
This room is like a miniature museum holding historic objects that otherwise would have no place at a school...which makes it the perfect place to provide the player with all sorts of cool weapons that normally have no reason to be found in a school! The player will be able to obtain a total of FIVE items in this room that can be used as weapons!
Also: Can you spot the Phoenix Wright reference?

An interesting thought. In the end, though, when I had to replace one of the flags in order to maintain historical accuracy, I went with the Canadian flag...

2023-08-30 21:43:58 +0000 UTCWell, two thoughts: 1. If a student gets splashed with water, they don't know what type of water it was. Was it 100% clean water? Or was it dirty, filthy, contaminated water? It's weird to have some unknown liquid stuck to your body, so to be on the safe side, they take a shower, even though the water might be harmless. 2. In a future build, I might make it so that the player *has* to add mud to a bucket in order to make it "valid" for traps.

Playing yandere simulator lately I noticed how it is senseless that a student decides to take a shower again if he gets wet with water, since the water actually wets but not dirty. It would make sense for the student in question to decide to go to the locker room to get a hairdryer to dry his hair which would take on a wet appearance and then only change clothes but without having taken a shower. Of course this is only for water, not for gasoline or blood. Thank you!
