Guide to Outdoor Mushroom Use

I wanted to put this short video out there before our planned June 11th 2022 outdoor mushroom event (its free, and for patrons and their guests only). Notepad and pen (you should write down everything you can remember after the experience is over to help you retain those memories and for integration purposes later).

Food and water although fasting for at least 3 hours before using psychedelics is recommended. Bring a separate supply of water to leave in your car, you may need it when you return to your car.
