Hope you're well! This video covers my most recent concept process in photoshop - been enjoying these steps quite a lot in my workflow and have been turning stuff around really quickly using it - hopefully this will be helpful for you! I've attached the brushes I used to this post as well as the layered PSD.
Here's how the Pig Man ended up looking -
The concept itself is a mediocre thing but the actual execution taking 1 hr is great for me, I'm very happy with that. Let me know if you have any questions below!

I would be interested in more videos on this approach. It would be great if you could elaborate on your thought process behind how you order your layers, especially when there are so many different elements.
