Ghost Rider - PDF Breakdown!

Hey!

Hope you had a happy holiday season so far! Here's a write up for the latest Ghost Rider cover I created using Krita and Photoshop as well as the brushes used below. I attached the PDF to this post below so you can look through everything slightly easier. I've been thoroughly enjoying this process, from these basic steps I can knock out a piece very quickly but I can also go further rendering more in Photoshop with some more photo real textures if I like to create a different effect - but the bones of the drawing done in Krita holds up for most pieces, it's just a great program for rendering!

Next up is a comprehensive video breakdown! Likely another long form video working through the entire process in realtime. I'm learning a ton doing this, I'm feeling very motivated!

Thanks for much for your support!

Dave

These breakdowns are fantastic, Dave! Your 'rough' sketch already has a great feel to it. I notice a lot of indie comics settle with that look, maybe because it's quick and effective enough. I personally like your refinement, and refinement in general. I like to look at the comic as a complete work of art and narrative, not burn through the book in 5 minutes like a Big Mac.
