No, that's not redundant! There's such a thing as carriages that aren't mobile! What if they're missing a wheel? Or a horse?
Commentary
There weren't any jokes I wanted to do with small animals being turned into people and/or horses, so I decided pretty early on that Hope was just going to hire a carriage for Cinderella Tedd.
But that's boring, so Hope owns a pumpkin carriage business now. Hope's Fairy Pumpkin Carriages, the carriage business owned by Hope. Hope's business.
As for why she hired the carriage when she owns the business, it's a paperwork thing.

Hope is one of *those* employers? The ones that completely forget that they've been retaining a particular worker to take care of their personal needs, and so when it comes time for review, said worker has no invoices associated with their work, and so they get let go for not doing anything? Or is it just that she also employs managers and is concerned that one of them would do such a horrible thing? I guess she doesn't just hope for the best...
