Probably cancelling Patreon in a month

So, to preface: I am not leaving right away. You all paid for a month of content and you’re going to get it.

However I have suspended billing and removed all links to this patreon on other websites (Though Frank somehow still managed to get here and subscribe, probably with black magic). After a month I will likely unpublish this patreon.

To explain why I’m doing this: Reading has always been my hobby, one of my only hobbies. Now that I’ve set up a patreon I’ve been finding it very hard to actually enjoy that hobby. Every time I try to read I go into work mode.

And apparently being able to enjoy yourself is a very important part of not being depressed. So yeah, that’s a thing. Work/life separation is apparently a necessary thing for me and this blurred the lines a bit too much.

It’s something I noticed on the fourteenth and something I struggled to make a decision on. However between this and work picking up I feel I have to make a decision. So I decided on this.

I will be continuing to post for the next month and allowing you to see those posts on your emails so you’ll still have the advanced chapters after this site is unpublished.

It is possible that this bout of depression is unrelated to my writing and may clear up on its own. If that is the case I will inform you and resume my normal activities. But I don’t think this is likely.

I’ve been talking with my parents and planning on exercising and socialising more, so don’t worry about me I’ll be fine.

About the future of my Endbringer story: I would like to continue it after this month is over, but if I do it will be a more sedate affair to stop me from associating it from work.

Finally I’d like to thank you for being members of my patreon. It didn’t last long but I am grateful that you thought my work was good enough to pay for.
