I don't think the little bell collar will be standard issue office wear for Isabelle, let alone anyone else at SAFE. For this drawing, I was referencing a little smug expression I pulled from Isabelle's origin, the Time Princess mobile game. So I kinda let her keep the little cute bell, just for fun in this pic.
Again, I'm not sure it's something she'll wear in the actual office. You don't really want to give away your position all the time, do you?

Perhaps the bell only rings when she wants it to. She can sneak up on her co workers or not as she sees fit.
