Do you think they're treating it as an homage? I thought the use of the song was super interesting too. Had I never seen Fight Club, I wouldn't have figured out as much as I did 💯

The plot is the same, the reveals are the same, and even when he’s realizing the truth about his father they play a cover of The Pixies song Where Is My Mind… Sam Esmail has done this a few times where his work is just another famous thing remixed with a new aesthetic. And lots of times it’s even referencing the thing it’s copying.
