Kibbles Compendium of Stuff - Printable

So best I can tell, pretty much everyone that uses the Compendium in this form prints it out; for the time being I'm going to make the printable version of the Compendium the default version. I know the classes being links don't work great with it as a printable version, but I don't think maintaining the classes in this document makes a lot of sense as most people that want those grab them separately.

Note that you can get the Compendium in their original formats just as a series of links to everything in my pinned post on reddit here:

(and soon they will be back on the patreon homepage).

It's still not perfectly formatted, but is cleaned up a little. There is not too many updates, but it's a better collection of stuff:

* Surgeon Rogue added (with the latest update).

* DM Mechanics added - Heroic Inspiration and the Weapons Template.

* Fall Spell added.

* 3 new feats added (Lightning Striker, Precise Striker, Trick Shooter).
