Like maybe it’s better if u are with someone who actually went through the same trauma, so they literally understand what u are experiencing. But then other people can also like empathize with u even tho they didn’t went through the same thing. But honestly I would rather choose the person who experienced the same thing bc idk😭 I just feel like it
