Video Issues?

I've had a Patron reach out and say he as having an issue with permission to view a video. Is anyone else having this issue? Is anyone having any issues with videos on a regular basis? Please comment or message me with any issues or concerns! Thanks!
I do like using Google Drive because it's very easy to have setup, but if anyone has any other video platform suggestions please feel free to reach out
