As CA7 is finished and now I'm free of it, comes the question - what's next?
There is a lot of stuff I need to say.
They are closed, for now. I want to take a free flight of ideas and refresh my skills. Also, I need to remember how long it takes to make one animation. The prices WILL increase, but with it, there will be more options on how your commission will look. Animations now will be split into few categories:
Short animations - 1-2 second looped simple animations - 40 EUR (Like my old first animations)
Animation with additional moves - 3-10 seconds looped - 55 EUR
Animation with different poses - up to 30 seconds - 70 EUR
Fluids - +15 EUR
Prices are not final. The price for animation will scale according to how hard it will be to make.
For now, I don't offer long animations as a commission. I don't want to repeat the situation with CA7 where I screwed up with a deadline. But after a time, I will offer them but only by auction (I guess that is what it is called in art terms) which will be VERY RARE and will have a high price.
For posters - 25 EUR seems a reasonable price for it
Tiers will be updated. I will add an additional tiers and icons for all tiers. Benefits will be next:
Little cherry (3 EUR) - Early access and HD Files for all posters/animations.
Whole apple (5 EUR) - WIPs, Early access, nickname at the end of long animations and HD Files
Bunch of acorns (10 EUR) - Same as above
A bag of acorns (20 EUR) - Same as above (Ability to commission a short animation will be removed)
Ironwood (40+ EUR) - Same as above but with the ability to commission a short animation (Made for those who can't pay with PayPal)
10 and 20 EUR are only for those who want to support me more than for 5 EUR as I can't provide anything more for them. Maybe I'll add project files but this is very unlikely.
Decided to separate this theme from the paragraph above. I plan to return to a 2-4 days posting schedule. Sadly, there will be a lot fewer WIPs for animations as I don't want to spam with them like I was doing back in the day. But if you want to, I can spam with them :). I plan to make them more focused on how each part of the animation was made. Eventually, this will end up in a repeating text with a different image/gif in the post, but I hope it will be not soon.
For now, I will be focused more on animations than on posters, as I feel bored when working on posters. Making animations is more fun than making posters. I plan to stick with at least two animations per month. Right now I have a few animations I was working on when I was bored from CA7. One of them is almost ready.
Yes, they will be. Currently, I have two ideas, and one of them looks VERY promising. I will work on them in my free time and will be secondary so you will often see a situation where in the middle of the development of my animations there will be a post with long animation WIP.
Yep, that last model remake is scrapped. There was a problem from the start of making it which led to an odd-looking model. It looks not happy, not full of energy, not the little cute murderous squirrel we all love. Also being fully dependent on the hair system was a VERY big mistake. That fluff should be just a cherry on a good-looking model. I plan to make her happy from the start, ready to bushwack someone and... well you know. Sadly for me, the model will be more on the feral side than on the anthro. Anthro hoodwink looks great, but it's different from the original. I'll try to find a balance between anthro and feral model. Hope this time, I'll end up with a great-looking model.
