Hey patrons!

Lately I've been quite occupied with my upcoming exams, but I've still managed to pour some more time into FredBoat. Here's what we've been working on lately:

The patron dashboard

This is a little webapp I started working on last weekend. This will eventually enable you patrons to manage where you want the patron bot to be. In fact, this opens up the ability to add the patron bot to multiple servers at higher tiers! No more trusting me with the manage server permission. No more having to ask for assistance in case one of your mods kicked the bot. I currently have no estimate for when I'm going to release this though.

With this I am possibly also going to integrate with Stripe, for those that want the patron bot, but can't use Patreon.

Language support

This is actually something I have been working on since January and you can beta test it right now! We currently support 37 different languages, but most of them are incomplete with an average of 49% words translated. Admins can use the ;;lang command to specify a new language to use. We are crowd-sourcing our translations so all help is appreciated! Check out this link if you are interested.

Server settings

At the moment, FredBoat isn't a very flexible bot. I'm working on changing that! Besides the plans to develop a fully-fledged permission system, we created a simple admin command to manage a couple new settings. I intend to release documentation for this soon, but for now you can play around with the ;;config command
