2021 was a pretty weird year - for me at least. Lots of (mostly good) stuff going on IRL that ate up all my time. So I wanted to come back with a big album of everyone's favorite gamer girl.

Smashing a ton of colors in to this one was pretty fun. Jinx seemed like the perfect fit for a scene with some crazy iridescent shaders.

This one ended up taking way longer than expected. Rendered out three camera angles with over 600 frames of animation! Glad to have it finally finished up.

Had this idea for an upscale scene with widow, but decided to take it a step further. Why not add some dramatic neon lighting to an elegant mansion?
Went back to this scene for one last render. This one's Safe for Work, in case you wanted to share it with "normal" (boring) people, or use it as a wallpaper or something. βοΈ

I don't post too many WIP shots, but I've been working on this scene for a while so I figured it would be interesting to see what's going on. The characters are the important part, but building scenes from scratch takes a lot of time too!

This one took ages to bake and render, but I'm happy with how it turned out! Included a static version as well for those who prefer less shaky-cam.

Little WIP pic of an Aerith animation I've been cooking up lately. Pretty complex compared to some of my past animations, so baking & rendering is eating up lots of time. That, and all the tiny moving parts.

Had this concept kicking around for a while, but put it off because modeling an entire city is a huge task. Figured out some ways to speed up the process a bit and tried 'em out in this scene. Couple extra angles to see that it is fully 3D.

This one took a long time to come together, but was pretty fun to work on every step of the way. From the scene concept, to all the simulations, and finishing it all off in a VHS format, I'm really happy with how it turned out!

I conveniently just hit 3,000 twitter followers right as Halloween rolled around, so I had to do something special for the occasion!
I enjoyed the colors and layout of this scene (plus I worked on it for a long time), so I decided to make it in to a full animation! Bonus pulsing lights just to set the mood. π
