[A-fan] Blue Delmo outfit

- A top (with removable sleeves)
- A tube-skirt
- A "collar"
- A small "neck scarf"
A top and a short skirt.
Installation:
- Just paste the zipmod on your mods folder. To uninstall, just delete it.
