Added 2022-02-24 21:23:08 +0000 UTCFebruary's monthly poll winner, this took *way* too long to finish, mainly because I went through about 3-4 sketches before I finally settled on this. I did also change up my shading style a bit, and I quite like the results, although I really need to get better with buildings/backgrounds.
Anyway, enjoy big Luong teasing Kim, he kinda deserves it.
