It is absolutely called "Mohawk Business Park"! As Brits you probably only know it as the hairstyle but the name actually comes from an indigenous tribe who historically live in that area of the US, as well as where I live in Canada. We have "Mohawk College" near me in Hamilton. I see in the UK you may also call it a "Mohican" -- that's another tribe in the Americas. We aren't all Europeans here, there were lots of groups here before us and many place names reflect that :) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mohawk_people
