I definitely don't think Gabe is "likeable," but idk I think he is mostly well intentioned. He's been going through it lately. The Erin breakup hit him hard and he doesn't really have any friends and he works for Joe directly which means he works a lot. I think Gabe has a strong sense of self though, even if he's pretty weird. I respect that.
