Going to tell you guys right now that this part of Dragon Ball moving forward is going to be the best of this series (minus filler), and how it sets up more of the action you've seen in Z and Super. 2025-09-25 21:26:17 +0000 UTCsorry for the triple post but anyway fun fact at 44:36 in Roshi's inner monologue here, in the manga he mentions that because Goku already surpassed him in the RR arc he spent the three years training endlessly in secret and getting stronger to beat him again in this tournament. Goku's evolved from being merely a student to a full-fledged rival and serious competitor for Roshi and Goku doesn't even know it lol

2025-09-25 20:24:10 +0000 UTC28:00 ok so I looked it up because I was curious and the comedy/writing seemed weird and off, apparently in the sub, the gag was that Roshi was constipated hence why everyone was blushing and embarrassed when he was making an uproar and why he was late meeting them after the airport.
