I NEED TO KNOW. also, roswaal you sick sick man. I honestly think he feels like this version of him deserves no love, especially from those he's hurt as a result of his belief in the tome and echidna, honestly, he needs to do better. I'm genuinely so afraid he's actually hurt Ram, but if he has, im happy she left with a smile.

Late to comment and also sure you know this by now but Emelia's mother has to be full human. We already know her father is full elf. So it can't be half and half and just simply can't be satella. Of the witches that are full human, it really just leaves minerva an ironically echida as most popular choices.with most significantly leaning to minerva due to subtle hints along the way. During emelia's trial for example fortuna says "you're mother will be so mad". Minerva is the witch of wrath and is often seen "mad" about injustices. the next big leaning to minerva is this scene right here because minerva is very specifically emotionally invested in emelia. but that has one issue in that it's actually an anime only scene the reasons for believing it's echida is that echida is also heavily invested in emelia, to include being the one that actually sent puck to her. it was echida's voice in Frozen bonds, it was her words to puck. But that doesn't nessesarily make her motherly. we all know she's pretty self serving and also hating her as much as she does is not very motherly either. but then again it's not like she was very kind to betty either so... at end of day, no one actually knows who her mother is other than she's a human witch. which narrows it down to just about all of them except satella 🤣

2024-06-28 22:12:14 +0000 UTCTo clarify, Elsa wasn't a vampire, it's a poor translation, to be brief she basically had a curse placed on her that would regenerate her, but it had a serious side effect (one would lose sense of self), she, however, was not affected by this side effect. The regeneration has a limit, if she is killed multiple times in succession.

As for Emilia's mother, I don't know more than you really, but we know her father is supposedly Fortunas brother, a full elf, and her mother supposedly a human witch, and there just happens to be a human witch that looks suspiciously similar to her this episode ^^

As for Emilia not recognizing Echidna's body in the crystal coffin, that plays into why Echidna's face wasn't shown during flashbacks of the events of 400 years ago. As far as we know, the Witches know of Emilia and knew Emilia's biological mother, but Emilia does not know them prior to the events of the Sanctuary. If it's any consolation, we'd all like to know these things.
