Once that's out of the way, a few days will be spent adding the outro credits and checking continuity/consistency etc., as well as sending out a private test copy to a few friends for quality checking.

Hi Matthew,
You may wish to enable user submitted captions for your video. Even if you have the original script, it saves you the work of manually timing each line. You can do this by going into the video's settings, selecting the "advanced settings" tab, then setting the video language (to English), and then ticking the "allow viewers to contribute subtitles" button.
