Joey experienced an extreme glow-up during the summer vacation, working out at the gym every day so that he could be popular with the girls. With his newfound popularity, Joey is regarded as the athletic, cool guy of the two while Clark is his nerdy, quiet, antisocial counterpart. Joey constantly bullies Clark about his "lack of bitches" and obsession with videogames and anime, both of which are seen as 'uncool' at the college. The truth about their friendship reveals itself when Clark discovers a female only cosplay competition where the winners take home a $100,000 cash prize.
