Mine is an entire building being uprooted by the wind. Something really solid like a house made out of concrete getting annihilated by a storm. 🤯😣😓 Hope the wind calms down so you can get some sleep. Listening to brown noise also helps masking the noise. ❤️

I love this. 🥹❤️ Confession time: I have a really intense irrational fear of strong wind. Especially when you can hear or see how the wind grabs ahold of something. Like when a balcony rail rattles or when flag ropes smatter against flag poles. Or the worst of them all: When a sailboat catches the wind and the whole boat starts to go sideways. I get a little panicky even writing this. Thank fuck for K's storm audios in those moments. 🫠

I legit have to watch Disney to calm me down 😂 or watch the scary movie in the middle of the day so I forget about it when I try to sleep. Or watch with the sound off at the scary parts haha. Half the anticipation is in the music. Turn that off & it’s immediately like 90% less terrifying.

I like to leave my curtains a little open so that when I have early morning wake ups, I can watch the sun rise. The older I get the more in awe I am of the sunrise. A new beginning.
