Patreon Closure

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ

Hey folks, Balvo here.

As you can probably guess from the title, I've decided to close my Patreon.

I originally started this to help me make some additional income back in May in 2022, while I was still out of a job and unsure if I wanted to go back to school and finish my art degree. Since then, I've moved into my own apartment, finished a semester of art school with the best grades of my academic career and started working for my school's own art gallery. Like I've mentioned before, I really feel like it was a miracle that I was able to post as much and as consistently as I have the past 6 months- but it drained the hell out of me to the point where I considered retiring all together during my break in December. This explains my silence here and the January billing cycle being paused.

However, I don't want to quit doing this kind of art. I really enjoy being able to contribute to the community that has treated me more kindly than almost any other group I've been apart of. I'll still be on hiatus for a little while longer to give myself some time to reflect on how I'd like to approach content creation going forward on my other channels- but since I don't plan on posting to a consistent schedule anymore, I don't feel it's fair to ask you all to pay for any of my content; hence the shutdown here.

I'm genuinely sorry for any inconveniences this may cause any of you. I know I promised character polls for this new year- but since my output will be much lest consistent, I feel it wouldn't make any sense to do something like that.

I plan on issuing refunds for the December and January pledges, since it would be shitty for me to take that money if I don't plan on providing any content here going forward. If you'd like to have a full refund based on your lifetime $ amount pledged, that's 100% understandable and I'd be happy to do that for you. Just shoot me a message here with your PayPal information and I'll forward the refund amount over to you as soon as I can.

Thank you for those that stuck around until this point. I realize I'm not the most competent creator out there, but I greatly appreciate you all liking my art enough to support me here.
