Basically she comes from the clown dimension where everything evolved to be clownish. She has more cartoony powers, and can literally do the impossible if it's part of a punch line. She can swap between each type of clown via the DSO zipper, that she unzips or zips into the other clown types. She generally does this based off her mental state or mood.
