Legends!
Do you remember when I was booked for a gig in upstate New York, and my role was to play a woman suffering with schizophrenia ? Well, the film, MOTEL, is out.

The location.

Eric Ogden, writer and director.
I loved this project, and learned a lot about myself while on set. It was a complicated role, and I was able to connect with a high school classmate who has it in order to empathize with the character a bit more.

Danielle and Eric blocking the scene.
This is a short film, and it is horror genre. A little under 30 minutes long. My co-star Danielle is fantastic. I see her all the time in real life at my local coffee shop, which is delightful :)

The water scene, a last minute addition!

Eric would get the camera from Santiago, the DP, and capture moments he resonated with. Eric is an excellent professional photographer.

The ending of our film wasn't scripted, either. Eric had an a-ha moment as we were filming and it wrapped up his story in a way he wasn't expecting. It was overall a very emotional experience for everyone.
I remember going to breakfast with him the next day, as he had been my ride out to the location, and I remember crying as a release, almost as though it was his feelings coming through me.
This was a story in reference to his mother. I'm not sure she ever saw the film. His mother has since passed away.
Would love to know your thoughts and reactions after watching!
