Could go for a witch-hunter aesthetic with the details, with things like leather-gloved hands doing the ticking, leather straps and metal chains/collars etc. In the same vein, stained makeup and a dirty soles variant, as if they’ve been locked in a dungeon for some time ;P Besides that, the usual blindfold, oil, and various gag variants are always welcome!
