For this Fluffi Fashionista I was hoping to draw a Prissy Fashion and this was what popped into my head. ^_^; I really liked the idea of the wearer being so hidden & overwhelmed behind so many layers of ruffles. :D
With so much volume, don't count on your submissive being able to see anything below its own eye-line. ^_^
