This look went through a couple of thought processes, Through-out the illustration my idea of the Fluffi Fashionista being more of a 'Doll' figure was ever present, although I stopped short of actually drawing the model as a Doll.
At one point the look also begings to resemble something made to look like a 'human poodle dress'...
If you're asking why the 'Big Ring dangling from the crotch area?!? My initial thought was that this would be a giant piercing of sorts and when the wearer is aroused, then the ring would also rise and maybe even double as a presentation tray. A fun idea, but not realistic. ^_^;
